What We Look For

Requirements for Trade Labor Placement

We staff both entry-level and experienced positions. You don't need a resume that goes back 20 years, you need a strong work ethic, reliability, and the right attitude for commercial and industrial jobsites.

  • Reliable transportation to job sites across the region
  • Ability to work a consistent schedule: commercial jobs don't flex around no-shows
  • Basic knowledge of jobsite safety and PPE requirements
  • OSHA 10 card preferred (not always required for entry-level labor positions)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid government-issued ID and eligibility to work in the U.S.
