What HVAC Technician Jobs Look Like at Surge Power

Running ductwork, refrigerant lines, and drain lines during the early construction phase before walls and ceilings close.
Setting and connecting rooftop units, split systems, fan coils, air handlers, and boilers on commercial job sites.
Installing drain, waste, and vent systems plus domestic supply piping, from rough-in through fixture trim-out on commercial projects.
Connecting low-voltage controls, thermostats, and DDC components to ensure systems operate correctly and efficiently.
Reading and working from mechanical and plumbing drawings, following applicable codes, and coordinating with general contractors and other trades.
Testing, balancing, and verifying system performance to ensure equipment meets design specifications and inspection requirements.
Requirements for HVAC & Plumbing Placement
